  qualified in medicine from the University of Delhi in 1985. Subsequently she trained in paediatrics and for a short while practiced as a paediatrician. She then trained in general practice in the UK, predominantly in the Thanet area and joined The Limes Medical Centre early in 2005. She has extensive experience in the treatment of children's diseases and she is also trained in child protection procedures. She provides family planning services such as IUCD and Implanon insertion with a view to doing them in an integrated well woman clinic. Dr Jain is a GP Trainer and participates in the practice Anti-coagulant Clinic.
